Which document answers what

What are the service’s general rules, whatever the product?
The general terms. They carry the definitions, billing, liability and the SLA annex : the base layer, and the one that prevails if documents diverge.
What is specific to Hikube?
The Hikube service agreement. It adds what general terms do not say about an IaaS: the platform’s scope, the customer’s obligations on its own deployments, exceptions such as passthrough GPUs.
What happens to what I type into a form on this site?
The privacy notice. It describes the handling of enquiries sent from this website, and only that. Data you place on the platform falls under the contract and the DPA, not under this notice.
Who publishes this, and how do I reach them?
The imprint: legal name, UID, register, address, managing editor.

Every document here binds one entity: Hidora SA, the company that operates Hikube and signs. Hikube is the service; it is not a party to anything.

Hosting

hikube.cloud is published by Hidora SA and hosted on the operator’s cloud infrastructure in Switzerland (Hikube). Customer workloads stay on the three datacenters (Geneva, Gland, Lucerne) under the platform contract.
