Matthieu Robin, founder of Hidora
His vision led to Hidora’s creation in 2016: a modern approach to cloud hosting, built on automation, reliability and transparency.
Known in the Geneva ecosystem for his work on DevOps practices, he helps structure the local community and support companies improving their operations.
Hikube comes from concrete Hidora client needs: more coherence, control and sovereignty in infrastructure, under Swiss law.

- The brand and the operator
- Hikube is the cloud; Hidora SA is the company that operates it and signs the contract. One legal entity, Hidora SA, on the Geneva commercial register, seated in Lancy, with no foreign parent. That distinction is what a regulated file looks at first: a product name binds nobody, an operator’s name does.
- The dates, in order
- Hidora was founded in 2016 and runs managed hosting. ISO 27001 certification followed in 2023, KCSP recognition in 2024, and Hikube opened in 2025. The order matters: the platform came after nine years of operations and after the certifications, not before. Hikube is therefore not a market entry, it is the platform an operations company built for its own customers, which is why the catalogue is short and why no service ships without someone operating it.

- Sites and building certifications are on the three datacenters. Hidora’s ISO 27001 attestation, its scope, the DPA and the subprocessor list are requested from an engineer, the evidence and its reach are on the security and compliance evidence. Support scope and response times are on the support scope. Current platform state is public on status.hikube.cloud.

The engineers are in Geneva, and it is the same team at every step: the one who opens your trial, the one who frames an inventory and a migration pilot, the one who answers the desk on business days in French and English, and the one on infrastructure call at night and at weekends.
