What happens next
- 1. An engineer reads it, in Geneva. Not a sales qualification queue. Reply within 24 business hours, in French or English.
- 2. That reply proposes a next step. A written answer if the question has one, a call if it does not, a scoping session if the project needs one. Sending this form does not book a meeting.
- 3. Then, depending on what you need: a feasibility opinion, a 14-day trial opened by an engineer, a pilot framed with you, or a quote. Project work is contracted separately from usage.
Worth having to hand
Nothing is required to write. But an order of magnitude : how many VMs or how much data, the renewal date if you have one, whether a regulator is involved, and what has to keep working during the move, turns the first reply into an answer rather than a list of questions.
